We will refund your amount only after receiving back the parcel that was sent to you, you should intimate us about the return within 30 days of placing an order. The product should be unused and return to us in the same condition as it was when dispatched for a full refund. Please remember that for food products we have the complete discretion on whether to refund you or not depending upon how regular the customer is with us and some other factors that cant be disclosed over here. Gifts and personal care products also cannot be returned.

To compete the refund procedure, we would require the proof of purchase, or send us a mail through your registered email id. once you send the packages to us, after inspecting the parcel we would refund you accordingly. We will also send you a notice once we receive your parcel, also we will send notice to you about the refund status, whether it is approved or rejected. Once your refund has been approved by the admin department, the payment will be sent in the same bank or credit card that you used on the time of purchase. We can send it to a different bank, for that you will have to email us for the same. Again our admin department holds the right of discretion to send it to a different account.

Late or missing refunds

If we approved the refund and 7 days have passed since the approval mail, kindly contact your bank or credit card department on which you were supposed to receive the refund. After doing all of this if your problem is still not resolved kindly mail us on dj_faris203@yahoo.com, our admin department will look into it accordingly.

We will only take refund or replace the product if it was rotten, damaged, defective or not as per what was claimed on the site, we will not take parcel back if you no longer need it or for some other reason which was beyond our scope and in which we are not to blame. you can return the product if you have a genuine reason for it. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at dj_faris203@yahoo.com from your registered email address and send your item to: Pyramid Traders, 1st floor, cosco electronics, bagh ali mardan khan, srinagar 190023. We will take action accordingly.

Shipping returns

When returning the parcel back us, you will bare the shipping cost back to us, and in no case will we adjust the shipping cost in any form, except for some loyal regular customers. Also note that if your parcel gets lost while sending back the parcel to us, we are not responsible for that, you should insure the parcel that you are sending back to use especially if it is an expensive item.
