MANDATORY DECLARATION

• You declare that you have provided the correct information such as shipping details and billing details for the order dispatch, you also take the responsibility and liability to incur the loss incase of incorrect details entered by you. We at pyramidtraders.in don’t take the responsibility of incorrect information entered by the customer. If the customer has moved from the shipping address after placing the order, we again will not incur the loss in that case.

Payment

While making the payment online, if for any reasons your payment is not received by us, we will not take the responsibly which might be the fault of your bank or you. Reasons may be as follows:

1. Exceeding the limit offered by your bank.
2. transaction decline due to bank server problem or any other reason
3. incorrect cvv numbers
4. Or any other bank related issue

Currency will be displayed as per the user ip address, if the user is browsing our site through indian location, all currencies would be shown in indian rupees, for the rest of the world, US dollars would be shown.

Risk of loss

If by any chance your parcel does not get delivered to you, which could be the fault of the logistics or courier company, in that case a full refund or a replacement order will be dispatched again by your approval.

Cancellation of order

We hold the discretion to cancel your order before dispatching for any reason, that is beyond our control such as ‘OUT OF STOCK’, ‘Calamity in our local area’ or for any genuine reason.

In case you would like to cancel your order, kindly cancel the order before it is packed and dispatched, once the staus of your order goes to ‘dispatched your order’, it cannot be canceled. We usually dispatch your order the next working day after your order has been recieved.

Shipping Policy

pyramidtraders.in will ship your package within next business day after receiving you order. the delivery period will range anywhere from minimum 3 days to maximum 10 days for domestic customers depending upon your location, for international customers outside India, the maximum time frame within which the delivery will be made is 20 days.

Disclaimer

pyramidtraders.in holds the right of discretion for replacement of your order and the decision taken by our team will be final whatsoever. You could approach your local court for any disputes, if we deny your replacement order or a refund request.
